We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis.
As a wholesale supplier of greeting cards in multiple packs, all of our sales are made on a business to business basis.
Missing, damaged or incorrect items: Any faults, shortages, damage or incorrect items should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will issue a partial refund or replace depending on stock availability, at our discretion.
Order cancellation: If you decide to cancel an order please inform as soon as possible so that we can prevent despatch. A full refund will be issued in this case. If the order has already been despatched you will need to return it to us, via a tracked service, and we will refund you minus the original carriage charge + a 20% restocking fee.
