What payment methods do you accept? Is ordering secure?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is conducted through PayFlow Pro who offer industry standard financial data security. All finacial data entered on cardsales.co.uk is encrypted using High Grade encryption.

At this time we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Do all of your prices include VAT?

All of our prices are subject to VAT at 15% where applicable. We add VAT at checkout, but to aid all customers we show both VAT inclusive and VAT exclusive prices on all of our products. We supply a VAT receipt with every order. Our VAT number is GB 840 2051 69.

How long does delivery take?

All of our goods are in stock and available for immediate despatch. For the UK, expect your delivery to arrive within 3 working days unless you selct 'next day' at checkout, for international, 5-10 working days depending on location.

What delivery methods do you use?

Orders are sent via courier and will need to be signed for.  We no longer use Royal mail due to ongoing strike action.

How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery is flat rated, £6.95+ VAT for 1-3 day delivery, £8.95 for next day (not saturdays)  If you are in the UK the maximum you will pay for delivery is £6.95 + VAT for any size order. Do you accept returns?

As we supply the trade, all of our sales are made on a business to business basis. All sales are final. We do not normally accept returned goods unless they are faulty or incorrect, in which case we will pay for the return carriage. Any problems should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Do all of your cards come with envelopes?

Yes. We do not sell any cards without envelopes.

Are all of your cards individually cello-wrapped?

No, some are individually wrapped and some are not. We state whether a design is wrapped or not in the item’s description.

Where are you? Can I come and view your goods, or collect my order?

We are based in Walsall, West Midlands, UK. Unfortunately as a purely online supplier we do not accept callers and have no facility to show stock.
